today Mr Ben on MC..

if i know earlier,i wun come to school liao~

was damn tired can~

yuppe,my muscle aching now~

thanks to my darling sister...

went for a run after work yesterday again with sis..

the day before is a 1 hour jog,ytd just 30 mins..

but my muscle ache like siao liao~

too long never run,thats why~

determination drops,staminal also drops~

also good,can train for upcoming 2.4 Run ^^
